We are happy to provide a variety of pre-show and onsite services to news media including:

Show logos
Media badges, that allow access to all media services.
An onsite newsroom with work areas, press event schedules, and snacks & other comfort items.

News Media

We are happy to provide a variety of pre-show and onsite services to news media. With a media badge, you'll be granted access to all media events and the onsite newsroom.

Exhibitors

Exhibitors are encouraged to provide press kits to the online show press hub. Directions on how to access this space will be sent in the bi-weekly email updates. If you need this information, please email ShowMediaServices@aem.org. Physical press kits are not permitted in the newsroom. However, exhibitors may provide physical press kits in their booths. Exhibitors will be allowed access to the newsroom for the purpose of special media events, leaving messages for editors, or connecting with editors for a pre-scheduled interview.

Exhibitors interested in hosting a press conference at their booth should fill out the Press Conference Request Form. Please check the Exhibitor Services Manual (News and Publicity Tips) for additional show preparation and promotional information. Questions?
