Customize Your Outreach

Follow these step-by-step instructions to personalize your graphics. You will be prompted to login or create a free Canva account to access templates.

Access Exhibitor & Sponsor Templates

Access Speaker Templates

After accessing the template in Canva, click “Edit template” at the bottom of your screen. Next, select the size you want to customize. Graphics are labeled with specs and include standard banner and/or social sizes.

  • Customize your design with your logo and booth number, or presentation details. Click “Uploads” found on the left-hand side of the Canva window, select your desired logo, product image or headshot (speakers) and drag and drop this into the image frame in the template. The image will resize automatically to fit.
  • Enter your booth number in the customizable text field. Speakers are prompted to enter a presentation title, first and last name, job title and/or company name in the customizable text fields.

  • When your graphic is ready to download, click “Share” in the top-right corner of the Canva window, then select “Download.”
  • Confirm that “PNG” is selected as the file type (it should be the default). Select the page(s) or graphic(s) you would like to download or download all files.
  • Click “Download” to save to your desktop.

  • Pair your graphic with one of the following captions. Be sure to customize your message based on what you plan to showcase at AGG1 and include the official hashtag #AGG12027 when posting on social media.
