Media Badges & Services
Media Badges
Media badges are available to working members of the media from independent news publications/media. Corporate-related or agency-type personnel are not eligible.
Applying for a Media Badge
Please include verification of your current working press status representing a news organization/outlet for your form to be processed. Examples include a current business card, recent article, or masthead page with your name and name of a publication. Freelance/contract journalists or photographers should provide a letter of assignment on company stationery. Web-only publications and bloggers must represent a previously established, independent site regularly updated with original and current relevant news content. We may request additional verification and reserve the right to decline a media-registration request. Media registrations will not be processed without proof of media status. Media badge applications will open in Fall 2026.
Exhibitors
Exhibitors who are media representatives can register to obtain an exhibitor media badge, which also allows access to the show newsroom and its services.
International Media
All international journalists planning to attend should check requirements related to their specific situations and allow enough time (90-120 days minimum) to complete the visa approval process. For more information, visit www.travel.state.gov.
Onsite Badge Pick-Up
Badges will not be mailed. Approved media receive a confirmation email with bar code to pick up their badge in the general registration area. (Official photo ID may be required.)

Once registered, media will receive bi-weekly emails containing:
